Patio Heater 4 Hire is the heating department of Event Services Group offering over 15,000 different hire items available nationwide.

We are an authorised Calor and Flogas Reseller, if you book a heater we will give you priority during gas bottle shortages caused by high demand during the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Delivery & Collection Transport - If booked, our delivery vehicles have specially built bodies to transport tall patio heaters in an upright position. All our heaters have tilt safety switches which activate if tilted past 45 degrees. Please bear that in mind if you wish to collected from one of our depots (not during the pandemic) please ensure you have strapping devices and a 7ft or 2.15m clearance for the heaters to stand upright. If you wish a delivery and collection quote please take into consideration we are not delivering multiple Amazon parcels in close street proximity. Drivers' wages, fuel, Congestion Charges and ULEZ charges are factored into transport costs. As and when the mayor of London deems necessary those charges will increase by means of widening the mayors' catchment area.

Weekend Hire Charges - The hire charge period will be a 3 day hire, you will have the equipment for at least 4 days, i.e. 1 day free. We are not offering a customer collection service. Transport service is limited to ‘off the tail lift’, installation and derig is not available from the heater delivery driver unless paid for separately.


Hire Duration

Standard hire period includes the event day, day of delivery and day of collection. Single day charges are not available during weekends.

  • Single Hire Day - is any weekday hire day, or any part week day thereof, with the exception of any weekend day or part.
  • Week Day Single Day Hire - requires a Premium Plus Transport Service i.e. Timed Specific Delivery + Timed Specific Collection
  • Week Day Two Day Hire - a Premium Delivery Service + next day anytime collection = 2 hire days.
  • Any Single Day at a Weekend - Charged 3 days - Deliver Friday - use Saturday & Sunday - collect Monday up to a 4 day period =1 day free.
  • 3 Day Weekday - Charged 3 days - up to 3 day hire period applies when the hire period does not include any weekend days.
  • Bank Holiday (BH) - Charged 3 days - up to 5 day (2 days free) hire period when hire period includes a Bank Holiday Friday and/or Monday.
  • Tracked Delivery & Collections - Driver will call or SMS with ETA when leaving previous event or client.
  • Install & De-Rig - Available subject to provided parking 7 days a week, Call for pricing.

  • Premium Plus Transport Service is offered to Business Customers hiring Single Event Day Venues
  • Premium Delivery Service can be booked AM, PM, Business Hours, 60mins either side of Nominated Time or Time Specific
  • Hire Days - are counted from the time/day the item is picked form stock to the time/day it is returned to stock per day or part day thereof.

Delivery and Collection

  • London Congestion Charges and ULEZ Charges have been increase by 33% since June 2020
  • Other Congestion and ULEZ Charges will come into effect in due course in other cities.
  • Sharing Congestion Charges and Taxes is possible by booking ahead of your event by 14 days or more.
  • Transport Costs are based on size and weight of goods, we are not delivering small Amazon envelopes or small hand parcels.
  • Size and Height of heaters vary, they cannot be laid down or transported other than upright.
  • Customer Collections are available from our London depot by booking a time slot between 05.00hrs - 08.00hrs Mon-Fri
  • Customer Return is available to our London depot by booking a time slot between 05.00hrs - 08.00hrs Mon - Fri
  • All deliveries are to the kerbside unless otherwise stated.
  • Post Order Upgrades - Additional Services are extra to standard delivery and collection,
  • Additional Services are available by pre-booking or adding to an existing order.
  • Portering in and out of customers premises are time based by the hour.
  • Installation and De-rigging is time based increments of 30 mins or part thereof in addition to standard delivery and collection.
  • Stairs and Steps must be disclosed prior to booking additional services, additional charges for steps or stair deliveries.
  • Terrain must be disclosed for additional services i.e. flat, gravel, grass, mud, snow, ice, etc.
  • Covid-19 Precautions - are strictly adhered to, please do not ask a delivery driver to enter your premises unless you have pre-booked Additional Services.
  • Subsidised Transport - charges are exhausted on the delivery or collection day. Second delivery or collection attempts are charged per hour from our Depot, to Venue and back to Depot, at £35 per hour + vat.
